Mostly good, minor issue
I bought a pair of chunky gold hoops and a link bracelet. The jewelry itself is quite nice, the gold plating looks good, and I appreciate that it's waterproof. I've worn the bracelet in the pool a couple of times and it's holding up. My main critique is that tracking updates were a bit slow to show up after I got the shipping notification. It eventually arrived fine, took 6 days to get to me in Oregon, but it would be better to see the package move sooner. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it, which was a plus.
